Did you start playwrighting first or screenwriting?

@kevryanperson Wrote my first short play in grade school, then high school, then college. Started screenwriting after. But as of yet only paid/produced screen-based writing. I am a serial dabbler in MANY things, so I have only myself to blame

@nickjoecoleman it's a cool thing to be able to switch writing style though. I mean I can write a lot of screenplays, shorts and features and such but if you asked me to go write a play? I'd be back to you in 20 years with a play written in a screenplay format!

@kevryanperson Ha ha... Truth. Although that could actually be a lot of fun! Some of Sam Shepard's more esoteric plays are CRAZY that way.

@nickjoecoleman I attempted to write a novel based off of a series idea of mine but now I'm just like "I'll just write all the episodes of season and put them together into a book in the same format"

@kevryanperson who knows, maybe you'll start a movement!
